Romance was not part of Nora Grey’s plan. She’s never been particularly attracted to the boys at her school, no matter how hard her best friend, Vee, pushes them at her. Not until Patch comes along. With his easy smile and eyes that seem to see inside her, Patch draws Nora to him against her better judgment.

But after a series of terrifying encounters, Nora’s not sure whom to trust. Patch seems to be everywhere she is and seems to know more about her than her closest friends. She can’t decide whether she should fall into his arms or run and hide. And when she tries to seek some answers, she finds herself near a truth that is way more unsettling than anything Patch makes her feel.

For she is right in the middle of an ancient battle between the immortal and those that have fallen – and, when it comes to choosing sides, the wrong choice will cost Nora her life.

Review: I put off reading Hush, Hush for a very long time, and to be completely honest, the only reason I picked it up now was because I found it for a really great price. I put this book of for so long because of all the hype. I’m not the biggest fan of angel books to begin with, and I have been let down so many times before by books that have a lot of hype around them. So I just kept putting this one off.

Why? Why didn’t I just cave and read it sooner. It is amazing, and definitely deserves all the hype. There are so many times I wanted to smack Patch but there were also times I would laugh out loud, shaking my head at how cocky he is. Patch is an infuriating, but incredible character. As is Nora.

Fitzpatricks writing is so easy to read and the plot is so great that you just need to keep reading. I need to go buy book two, Crescendo. Actually, I need to go out and buy all of them.
